New Land-Use Rules Introduced for Rural Ladakh, Says NDTV

Rural Ladakh's land-use regulations have been updated, enabling the Chief Secretary and Divisional Commissioner to approve changes for plots up to two acres outside municipal limits, according to NDTV.
