Refund Policy

AUZZ News is operated by Gulf Gallery LLC. We want you to be genuinely happy with your membership. If you’re not, you may request a refund under the terms below.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund of your most recent AUZZ News membership charge within 30 days of the payment date, for any reason. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
2. Renewals
Renewals are treated as new charges. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to keep, contact us within 30 days of the renewal date and we will process a refund of that renewal charge.
3. How to request a refund
Because Paddle.com Market Ltd is our Merchant of Record, all refunds are processed by Paddle:
- Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@auznews.com with your order details and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
4. When refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, and typically takes 5 to 10 business days after the refund is issued by Paddle.
5. Cancelling your membership
You can cancel your membership at any time from your billing portal. When you cancel, your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed. Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current period — request a refund separately if you would like one within the 30-day window above.
