Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AUZZ News and any services, content, features and applications we make available (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Gulf Gallery LLC (“AUZZ News”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in the Sultanate of Oman.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. The Service

AUZZ News is a digital news publication. Free readers may access a subset of articles and features. Members with an active premium subscription may access the full catalogue, member-only newsletters and an ad-lite reading experience.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • Break the law, defraud anyone, or send spam.
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Introduce malware, probe or scan our systems, or interfere with security.
  • Scrape, mirror, republish, or resell our content beyond the limits of applicable law and any licence we grant.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including all articles, images, video, audio, software, branding and design, is owned by Gulf Gallery LLC or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Payments, subscriptions and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Membership fees, taxes, currencies, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Termsand our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled through the Paddle customer portal or by contacting us. Prices shown at checkout are authoritative.

7. Service availability

We take reasonable steps to keep the Service available and accurate, but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, at our discretion, for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of applicable law or our policies. You may close your account at any time via the Service or by contacting us.

9. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it may not lawfully be excluded (for example fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Gulf Gallery LLC harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising out of your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be signalled on the Service and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Muscat, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
