Forensic analysis has reportedly detected gunshot residue on the chest, back wounds, and hands of Mir Raza, a 25-year-old entrepreneur found deceased in Gulistan-i-Jauhar.
According to Dawn, the government on Monday announced an increase in the prices of petrol and high-speed diesel, with new rates effective August 18.
Sample analysis reports have indicated the presence of gunshot residue on Mir Raza's hands and wounds, while other findings detailed perforations on his shirt and traces of a local anaesthetic in his blood.
Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry reportedly stated the government's offer for talks remains available, urging the PTI-led opposition to demonstrate seriousness.
